This year we’ll be working on new features and upgrades to the Legal Nodes Online Portal, so we’ve launched a product newsletter to keep you updated!

Here are the latest improvements that will make handling your global legal tasks even easier.

Manage documents more easily with the new Document Tab

The updated Document Tab compiles all documents shared in your chats in one location, giving you both an overview and an opportunity to take quick actions.

Use the Documents Tab to:

• Quickly find a document using the search bar
• See the author, project, and file name of every document
• Easily download any document
• Bookmark documents that need your attention, and use the toggle button to show only bookmarked documents
• Remind yourself of the details surrounding each document by clicking “Show in chat” to jump to the exact point in the conversation where the document was shared.

This feature works for any document shared as an attachment in a chat. We’re already working on an upgrade that will allow links to online documents (e.g. a Google doc) that are shared in chats to appear in the Documents Tab too.

You can access your history of document exchanges on the Legal Nodes Portal, even if you’ve paused or ended your subscription.

If your account with Legal Nodes is no longer active, you can reactivate it by contacting us via your account or email help@legalnodes.com.

Compare Project Offers from different service providers

It’s now even easier for you to compare the Project Offers that you receive from different service providers.

Use the updated Project Offers feature to:

• Toggle between different offers to easily compare price and delivery estimates from different service providers
• Click “more info” under each service provider’s rate to learn more about them, like what services they provide and which languages they speak
• Ask clarifying questions to your VLO via the dedicated Project Offers chat

This update makes it much quicker and easier to compare your options and choose your best offer.
